The fee for the online BSC program launched by IIT Madras has been fixed at Rs 3000 only. A diploma course can be done by any student who has passed 12th in 1 year, they can get a foundation in 3 years and foundation in 3, and they can get a degree in 3 years.

The Minister of Human Resource Development launched the country’s first online BSC course at IIT Madras via digital. In this course, a twelfth-pass student who has also studied English and Mathematics in class 10 and any other student enrolled in any other graduate-level course can be admitted.

Job and professional persons can also be admitted to this course. This will be an online course, so it will not affect their work either.

Getting admission to IITs is usually a big challenge due to the limited availability of seats. Quality courses will be important to many students through this online course. “

Students will get four-week courses in 4 subjects – Enumeration, English, Statistics, and Computational Thinking. Students will get systems through online mediums, submit assignments and write an exam at the end of the fourth week.

Unlike the traditional admission procedures of IITs, all those students who pass the qualifier exam with a total score of -50 percent will be able to be admitted to this course.
